-smelled light oaky with pepper
-tasted sweet with slight citrus
-with water smelled very oaky
-tasted bitter oak - citrus gone
-trailed oak
Water seemed to open up the bitterness.
Todd came by the day before the St Patty's Day meeting to drop off a few things and pick up some others. He brought by a whisky and we tried it. Here's what I tasted through my pollen filled sinuses:
